Automating PDF documents
Documents with reference to the content and conditions can be identified, shared and metadata are read out. The documents ccan be reassembled by criteria. Stationery can be selected based on the content. The documents can be printed or sent via email.
Templates define how documents are classified according to conditions, assigned to a layout or divided into individual documents. The template editor is used to configure the criteria and processing steps.

Recognizing and reading e-mail addresses from the document. Subject and content are preconfigured and can be enriched via field contents. Fixed attachments are assignable.
Fields can be positioned and read from an absolute position, or via a search function, relative to anchor fields.
Documents can be divided according to fixed pages, changing field contents, logical criteria or recognizing the layout change
Documents can be split and then put together again, on fields with different sorting and structure.
Direct test of the template – recognizing, reading, sharing, deleting pages is simulated and displayed, other test files can be selected.
